My Garage

Stephen Gandel in his article “Forecast 2009: Your Home “ published today in Money Magazine calls to forget the old saw that all real estate is local. No doubt the long lasting global credit crisis is urging us not only on changing the point of view on kind old saws but on global revising some of fundamental economic laws assumed as a basis in modern economics. But however, in spite of home prices are falling and projected to keep falling in 2009, banks’ troubles have made getting mortgages harder for many home buyers, and all those who do qualify have to pay more the Stephen Gandel advises don’t be in a hurry to sell, just if you can wait to sell until 2010 when real estate will be stronger, do it. And here I’m absolutely agreed with him. As the saying is – stormy weather cannot stay all the time, the red sun will come out, too.

As to me, I don’t change my mind neither about saws nor about economic systems. Now I’m busy with other, more important to me things, I’m going to put my garage in order. The point is that steel garage buildings come in various styles then I have to pick up the most suitable one. Besides that it must be economical and easily constructed within a day or two, using minimum labor. I just want to have a unique place of creation, ingenuity and reflection. If you have any idea let me know please:-)
